Just me? Oh.

I was shocked when I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes and high cholesterol because I am a healthy weight individual who has always been active. I never really thought I would be able to quit smoking. I had tried and failed several times in the past, and though I knew I needed to change, I was always finding excuses to have another cigarette. Working with Nicole helped me to realize that smoking wasn’t just a bad habit, but a huge part of my lifestyle that needed to be adjusted in order to quit smoking for good.
